What is "integrity"?
We throw around this word a lot, but what exactly do you think it means?

Please be respectful. Leaders-ByDesign builds people up; we do not tear down people. Bullying, cursing, or any type of unkindness has no place here. Assume best intentions; the people participating here are sincerely working to explore the roles of character and integrity in leadership. If you can, provide the source(s) of your information to help others who wish to do more research, and to add legitimacy to our mission. Thank you for participating!
