25 US G.O.A.T.S

HI! WELCOME!

Mission of Leaders-ByDesign:

CREATE GREAT LEADERS WHO IMPROVE HUMANITY.

Strategy for achieving the mission:

COMMUNICATE, READ, THINK, LEARN, ACT.

You have entered a space for leadership development through character and integrity. We want people to be leaders in every facet of their lives, including guiding our children to become great leaders. Leaders-ByDesign wants to heal division and improve our country and the world by exploring what great leadership is.

We want everyone to expect character and integrity from all of our leaders, but first we must determine the morals, values, and character traits of great leaders. Leaders-ByDesign especially hopes to help teach character and integrity to our young people, so that our future is filled with great leaders.

Leaders-ByDesign requests—needs— your participation to achieve such a lofty goal. Based on the tenets of social constructivism, the more interactions among people of diverse backgrounds, the better the result, so we will communicate on the Discussion Form.

The process is important. Please express your ideas, read others’ ideas, think, and respond. Use the resources here, and if you come across something that should be here that is not, email it, or post it in the appropriate discussion. If you have a suggestion for something that is already on this website, please also communicate that, too. This website is intended to be a clearinghouse for all things leader.

Please explore the website. Use Case Studies and other teaching resources to teach character and integrity to our young people. Read the Blogs. Take a look at some recommended books about character, integrity, and leadership on the Products page. Read 25 US G.O.A.T.s: Profiles in Leadership to find role models for our children. Post your thoughts in the Discussion Forum, and let’s share ideas.

Thank you for participating! See you in the new world!
